Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM CISO CSIRT Response Tools Program Manager is responsible for:
  • Secure architectural design and deployment of multiple interdependent Incident Response tools.
  • Proper resource allocation to meet 24x7 support along with proper segregation of duties.
  • Ensure systems compliance with IBM Security Compliance standards along with General Data Privacy rules.
  • Intake internal customer requirements and ensure developer assignment along with change control from development, acceptance testing and production deployment.
  • Develop and maintain proper application and service health checks from micro service to end to end acceptance.
  • Formally develop security team standards, policies, procedures and processes for ongoing operations support, disaster recovery planning, application troubleshooting and change management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • A proven deep background (preferred 5+ years in addition to cybersecurity) in technology design, implementation and delivery, including compliance and risk management with a background in system and network security engineering.
  • Experience in cloud computing technologies, including software-, infrastructure and platform-as-a-service, as well as public, private and hybrid environments.
  • DevOps background with experience in compliance obligations.
  • Design systems to meet on demand allocation of compute, network and storage requirements.



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Experience with Industry SOAR or IBM Resilient.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
