We are looking for an experienced ACS/MCS Cloud Migration Program Manager to support the large scope of coordination and program management task. Duties include and are not limited to:* Support and coordinate a wide variety of tasks to drive cloud migration (Tech Refresh) projects to successful completions* Support team leaders with gathering and analysis of migration data, customer insights, project data* Provide excellent project reporting and analysis for management, create dashboards/reports to monitor project status, milestones, and various aspects of the project* Track and analyze business value analysis for project* Identify risks and ensure proper response planning* Oversee multiple projects for multiple initiatives* Conduct meetings with the various teams involved in each part of an initiatives* Track progress towards defined milestones, and help where needed to reach the identified milestones* Connect the dots and be able to derive and identify critical action items that need to be completed and tracked, and get all the right teams engaged and working on the project items and ensure everything gets done as smoothly and quickly as possible* Plan and direct schedules and monitor progress* Monitor programs from initiation through delivery* Alert management of issues that are impacting a projects success or timeline.* Implement industry best-practice business and program management methodologies, tools and techniques* Partner on key initiatives within the organization and corporate wide* Foster collaboration across matrixed teams, locations* Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule.* Assign and monitor the tasks of cross LOBs and Regional contacts.Skills Critical for Success in This Role:* Detail-orientation* Competence and intelligence* Passion, speed, ability to close action items quickly, proactive follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.* Strong commitment to excellence* Savviness in handling customer and project situations, internal stakeholders, and in written and verbal communications* Positive attitude, ability to work well in matrixed-organization and rally matrixed teams to achieve the stated objectives* Strong sense of accountability, reliability and responsibility* Always find the best and most efficient way of running the programs, and scaling impact.* Adaptability, ability to pick up new knowledge, flexibility and agility* Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills and leadership skills* Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills* Ability to team with business owners to establish and maintain the roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring the program meets a high standard of excellence* A self-motivated, self-reliant, self-starter with ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives under a minimal amount of supervision* Demonstrated cross-LOB negotiation skills in the context of program delivery and driving key changesDesired Background:* A good understanding of OCI, Oracle Cloud products, hosted and managed cloud services, cloud migration process and data centers* Solid experience in planning and delivering complex projects successfully and within timelines* Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus* At least 5 years of project or program management experience* CSM, PMP or PMP Certification(s) a plus* Knowledge of one or more of the following methodologies required: waterfall, agile, scrum, scaled agile* Extensive experience coordinating, communicating and collaborating effectively with a distributed team from around the globe**Job:** **Product Development***Organization:** **Oracle***Title:** *Program Manager, ACS/MCS Cloud Migration***Location:** *United States***Requisition ID:** *21000FXY***Other Locations:** *India, Romania, SG-Singapore*"
