You will gather business and functional requirements from internal customers and translate requirements into technical specifications, then drive and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver tools and systems to improve internal process flows. You will have an opportunity to work with smart, passionate people to build a business that enables our technical sales teams to provide world-class service to our cloud customers. You will define and manage project success criteria, scope, resources, and schedules; monitor projects from initiation through delivery; and drive key operational and organizational process improvement initiatives. You will engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand tooling objectives and requirements and produce reports, summaries, and updates related to critical processes. You will work with leadership to align workstreams to our overall goals and cloud strategy. This position requires some overlap with North America (west coast) working hours.*Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities** Gathering functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.* Producing detailed technical specifications to guide tooling development.* Defining and managing projects and programs, including setting priorities and deliverables, success criteria, schedules, etc.* Managing multiple projects through project lifecycles.* Managing stakeholder expectations.* Driving timely decisions, identifying and managing risks, and escalating appropriately.* Facilitating project leadership team meetings.* Facilitating cross-silo communications and decision making across team, division, and company.* Understanding and solving complex problems with data-driven decision making.* Producing weekly status reports and attending weekly status meetings.* Producing executive-ready communication.*Experience Needed to Succeed** Bachelors degree and/or equivalent relevant experience. Technical degree (Technology, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) preferred.* 2-5 years of experience with software development project management, including relevant applications or tools (Confluence, Jira, Wrike a plus), or relevant program management experience.* Experience working directly with engineering teams and a strong understanding of technical requirements for technical integration.* Understanding of systems design and software development process and lifecycle.* Demonstrated project management, organizational, and coordination skills.* Professional maturity, judgement, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills. Experience creating excellent requirements documents and wireframes a plus.* Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Experience communicating with technical staff a plus.* Experience teaming with senior level stakeholders in a large enterprise organization to establish and maintain roadmaps while setting appropriate expectations.* Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals.* Familiarity with cloud concepts, terminology, and tech stacks preferred.
