You will be expected to recommend changes and support your positions on those changes using the data you report.As a Cloud Program Manager on the CFS team, you will work internally with the team to refine DevSecOps practices and reporting. Metric reporting will include, but is not limited to, SLA compliance of internal and external partners, ticketing SLAs, roadmap execution performance, operations efficiency, and regional deployment of services worldwide. An important function of this role is communicating risk factors to affected teams due to unexpected delays associated with underlying infrastructure and services. This role requires the ability to multitask and keep multiple sources of data organized and current.A Cloud Program Manager role is hardly ever the same hour-by-hour or day-by-day but being in an operations role with a company that operates in a start-up mentality is even more demanding.
