Whatever corner of the industry youre in: brands, agencies, publishers, or technology platforms, we bring together data and technology that helps you better understand your audience, where to best engage them, and how to measure it all.ODC is looking for a Vulnerability Program Manager who will design and lead the ODC Security vulnerability management program.**How Youll Make An Impact**As the Vulnerability Program Manager, you will work with ODC Security teams and other Oracles lines of business (LoBs) to:+ Lead the coordination of vulnerability management efforts across the enterprise, including defining and maintaining corporate-wide security vulnerability management processes to support a robust vulnerability discovery, remediation and management program.+ Drive adoption of the vulnerability management program throughout the enterprise.+ Identify, prioritize, report and drive the mitigation of security vulnerabilities through patching and other security remediation efforts, in order to manage risk across critical applications and infrastructure.+ Provide action item tracking and resources using project management tools, including materials that are required for periodic executive reporting.+ Clearly communicate priorities, deliver clear process, manage conflict and dynamically address problems in order to enable effective management and remediation of emerging and known vulnerabilities.+ Understand the kinds of vulnerabilities that can impact cloud, production environments and endpoints.+ Interact with all levels of management, stakeholders, operational teams and be confident reporting to executive management on the status of risk to Oracle.+ Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to fast changing or ambiguous situations, with the ability to work under pressure.+ Lead time-sensitive priorities involving multiple cross-functional teams and delivering consistently positive results.**Ideal Skills and Experience**+ BS or MS, or equivalent work experience relevant to vulnerability management with 5 years of experience in an information security role supporting vulnerability management programs.+ Proficient in understanding security vulnerabilities and how to rate them in terms of likelihood and the severity of the potential exposure.+ Knowledge of vulnerability scanning, asset management, patch management, threat hunting and incident response.+ Expert-level knowledge of the IT program lifecycle and proven track record of building successful programs.+ Proficient in writing reports for executives and technical analysis reports.+ Knowledge of Cloud architecture, web technologies, middleware, database, OS and network communication protocols.+ Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory standards such as CVSS, CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, etc+ PMP, CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or other security certifications are preferred.**Personal Characteristics that will help you succeed:**+ You thrive on collaboration. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
