As part of the Database organization in Oracle, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to the success of the wide gamut of offerings on the Oracle Cloud every day, working closely with development partners.As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for end to end roadmap planning, risk management, and quality as well as stability of cloud service offerings sitting on top of the Autonomous Database.Roadmap / Planning:+ Planning, executing and reporting related to new and existing products, modules and services delivery+ Reporting , building self service dashboards+ Work with internal stakeholders to bring structure and technicall direction while implementing complex, project-based processes+ Executive progress updates and cross line-of-business presentationsRisk Management:+ Closely monitor progress, Manage issues and risks within scope of project+ Proactively manage changes in scope, identify and mitigate potential crises+ Escalate as appropriateQuality and Stability:+ Enforce and improve development processes through the project+ Earmark problem areas and apply learnings through the development groups+ Continually add incremental and long term quality and stability goalsDesired Skills:+ 10 years of Program Management of Enterprise level products and Cloud Services+ Ability to work with large remote/matrix/cross functional development, test and release engineering teams+ Clear and crisp communication ; good written and verbal grasp of English ; team player and team builder+ Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Program management methodologies but able to apply a combination of or change in accordance of the project**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.Manage the development and implementation process for large, complex and critical company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Communicate status to executive management regularly.Acknowledged expert/professional within company and/or industry nationally and internationally. Provides leadership in the development and strategic direction of new products, processes, techniques. Acts as primary consultant on large projects that effect the organization* s long term objectives / strategy.
