This position requires a solid technical security background, and the candidate should be data and customer-focused with experience managing large programs.**Responsibilities**As a Program Manager, you will work with ODC Security teams and other Oracle lines of businesses (LoBs) to:+ Help define overall strategy for ODC Security engagements with LoBs and drive the execution of the roadmap+ Establish proper rules and streamlined mechanics of the engagement models that produce the best efficiencies and reflect higher maturity levels of workstreams.+ Help define key metrics and correlations that demonstrate how the work we are driving into the LoBs are accruing value that improves their security posture+ Educate, advise and participate in security designs for enterprise requirements+ Drive partnerships and foster a community with Oracle security specialists+ Translate requirements and feedback into technical requirements and long-term product strategy+ Codify processes that will vastly improve and optimize engagements and results+ Plan and execute internal and external communication strategies that support team goals and foster appropriate stakeholder alignment+ Customer engagement (escalations, communications, status, learnings)+ Define and pursue automation and integration opportunities**Desired Qualification**+ University degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience or certifications.**Ideal Skills and Experience**+ Product and/or cloud service software development experience over multiple release cycles or lifecycles.+ Deep technical understanding of security architecture, engineering, deployment, and operation best practices.+ Consulting and/or enterprise architecture background, able to quickly digest complex issues and provide meaningful guidance+ The successful candidate must have notable experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams in large corporate environments to achieve shared goals+ Self-starter with a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically without a need to be micro-managed+ Effective in executive communication+ Possess the ability to adjust and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.+ Ability to work independently, defining and managing ones own work while still providing transparency and accountability to management and other interested parties+ Ability to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures.+ Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering individuals at all levels including the executive level.+ Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.+ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands and deal with ambiguity.+ Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.**The Team**+ You thrive on collaboration. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
