Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to design/refine various control points (including collaborating with engineering on technical solutions) to effectively achieve compliance objectives._**Key Functions/Responsibilities:**+ Overall responsibility for ensuring that audience guidelines are adhered to by the ODC and our customers.+ Collaborate with Privacy and Security legal and other ODC stakeholders to maintain 1p/3p audience guidelines+ Conduct proactive audits to ensure compliance+ Identify areas for improvement around controls, reporting, and processes+ Take the lead at resolving any escalations that pertain to creation of audiences where adherence to policy may be in question+ Create and deliver regular trainings to educate ODC on our policies and procedures**Candidate Profile**+ Familiarity with the ad-tech industry with specific exposure to projects involving big data+ Past experience in legal or compliance job functions+ Able to demonstrate a working understanding of key data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, other US state laws) and their applications to data and marketing companies+ Confident when working with cross-functional teams, both within ODC and within broader Oracle+ Ability to take in and synthesize varying perspectives and feedback from multiple teams in order to drive informed decisions and recommendations+ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, never stopping at the first no, and asking the unasked big picture AND narrower tactical questions to drive to optimal outcomes+ Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, incomplete information, and bias to action+ Ability to confidently present to interna/external stakeholders**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.Colorado Pay Range: From $76,309 to $141,400 per annumEligible for bonus and equityOracle offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:1.
