As part of this program, Oracle ensures its data partners are addressing their privacy and security requirements under data protection regulations and privacy laws_ _applicable_ _to the activities contemplated within the scope of their partnership with Oracle._ _Among the number of requirements and standards checked in the Due Diligence process, t_ _he program includes a review of our data partners data management practices and privacy policies._ _This vetting process is com_ _pleted for every p_ _rospective_ _data partner_ _prior to Oracle establishing and integrating a data stream into Oracles products and services_ _.__In this role, you will work closely with Oracle Retail Partnerships Team, Deal Solutions Teams as well as Oracle Legal teams to understand rapidly evolving global privacy laws (e.g. California Consumer Privacy Act) and you will_ _have the opportunity to continue shaping and improving the teams data due diligence strategy and vision._**_Key Functions/Responsibilities:_**+ _Evaluate potential data clients and their privacy policies_+ _Interact with and advise client partners on the deficiencies the clients privacy policies may have among other things and how they may address them_+ _Track and manage Due Diligence review request tickets (JIRA) to ensure a comprehensive and timely response to the client partners_+ _Provide weekly summary and status updates on the reviews in progress_+ _Maintain Due Diligence Confluence page_+ _Create, document, and improv_ _e policies and processes with respect to due diligence on those supplying data to the ODC to ensure proper privacy and data handling practices_+ _Co_ _laborate with legal and security teams to establish and enforce data management controls_+ _Se_ _rve as front line support to Retail Partnership Team and the ODC primary interface with Oracle legal teams for matters relating to data suppliers_+ _Par_ _ticipate in ad-hoc projects as needed (such as pulling contracts, assisting in the internal annual audit of ODCs data partners as needed, etc.)_**_Candidate Profile_** **_:_**+ _Ex_ _perience in legal or compliance job functions and the advertising technology industry with specific exposure to projects involving big data_+ _Have_ _a working understanding of key data privacy laws (e.g. CCPA) and their application to the digital advertising space_+ _Ability to take in and synthesize varying perspectives and feedback from multiple teams, to make informed decisions and recommendations_+ _Ability to manage and influence large groups of internal and external stakeholders_+ _Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, never stopping at the first no, and asking the unasked big picture AND narrower tactical questions to drive to optimal outcomes_+ _Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, incomplete information, and bias to action_+ _Ex_ _cellent communication / presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different functions and levels_+ _Ability to work in an ever changing climate with high accountability and a sense of urgency_+ _Effectively deal with ambiguity, learn on the fly, and make concise decisions_+ _Program management background, MBA, CIPP/US or CIPM is a plus_+ _Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, Slack and Zoom is a plus_**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
