Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to carry out program-wide initiatives. Specifically, this role is responsible for leading projects and collaborating with functional teams within the program as well as dealing directly with our customer on specific program related items. The selected candidate will apply sound judgment to the most complex planning, design, technical, and management functions. Will also serve as the primary point of contact for assigned cross-organizational projects.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing decision support through data gathering, information analysis, and presentation of relevant considerations to key stakeholders

  • Ensuring streamlined activities within the organization based on the strategic objectives and priorities of the Program

  • Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives and guiding them to completion. Recommend budgetary goals

  • Ensuring all Program-level issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously while tracking progress until resolved

  • Orchestrating and facilitating Program events (conferences, off-sites & all-hands), meeting agendas, logistics and follow-ups

  • Preparing, reviewing and editing briefing materials, conduct financial analysis, develop Spending Plans, develop BASIS Change requests (BCRs)

  • Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses IAW Agency requirements

  • Anticipating, identifying and troubleshooting issues of concern or significance, and exercising discretion to provide timely information and necessary updates across multiples stakeholders

  • Maintain resource management documentation to ensure compliance with audit requirements including researching and resolving unliquidated obligations an undelivered orders

  • Ensuring individuals assigned to support projects are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan

  • Carrying out and supporting other operational projects as assigned by the Program Manager

Required Education, Skills, and Experience~

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university required.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and leadership responsibilities

  • Knowledge of program management/scheduling tools and techniques is expected.

  • Knowledge of BASIS, BCRs, spend plans

  • Demonstrated proficiency in all project management areas is critical.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying functional and operational departments

  • Detail oriented and data driven

  • Ability to analyze and compile large swaths of data and present effective reports

  • Strong analytical, creativity, and problem solving skills

  • Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including ability to establish positive and productive working relationships across the program and customer stakeholders

Pay Range:

Pay Range $113,100.00 - $174,000.00 - $234,900.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
