What you'll be doing...

Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You will be responsible for program evaluation and performance assessment; tracking and reporting to stakeholders and executives; analyzing and managing marketing platform investments and programs to evaluate success and measure KPIs; and establish governance across Marketing and Customer Experience technology programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various organizations to ensure program success by delivering a cost-effective marketing analytics strategy to meet the business strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being part of the Martech and CXtech team to manage comprehensive analyses on marketing platform investments to enable next-gen technology foundation and analytics capabilities aligned with Martech and CXtech strategy.
  • Working closely with GTS, FP&A and marketing teams to develop and establish KPIs and ROI to measure success on the investment of the Martech and CX tech platforms to support transformational projects such as Real Time Marketing and Pega Decisioning.
  • Performing detailed financial, campaign and operational data analyses in support of Martech and CXtech platform rollout planning and strategic business cases and recommend cost-effective strategy to improve performance and results.
  • Creating and maintaining metrics reports to ensure program success.
  • Proactively exploring data to find trends, establish KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
  • Establishing governance across program to improve process flow and increase efficiencies.
  • Sourcing and querying data required for Martech and CXtech project analyses and use visualization tools to present complex data in a simple, engaging manner for the business stakeholders.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, analytics/business intelligence or other related discipline or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience translating data into compelling stories and presenting recommendations leveraging visualization tools.
  • Experience with developing and tracking key financial and other relevant KPIs to ensure program success.
  • Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience working with Transformational projects with strategic and bottom- line impact.
  • Experience with projects leading to process improvement in Technology or Telecomm space.
  • Experience with Pega Decisioning Platform.
  • Experience with Martech platforms and Adobe stack.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Advanced degree.
  • Strategic experience with a consulting firm or strategic role/projects.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to excel at both strategic planning and execution levels.
