In addition role cover guidance on IT security standard implementation according to corporate guidance and market's legislation.**Responsibilities:**Act as the TSS focal on SW entitlement topics.Perform root cause analysis in case of entitlement discrepancies.Engage on new offering deployment addressing automated entitlement solution based on strategic data sources.Drive entitlement data source consolidations and alignment with strategic data sources.Champion global strategic tools.Coordinate business automation aligned with corporate IT security standards and market's legislation.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseStrong personal integrity.Strong deductive reasoning skills.A positive approach to change and the ability to promote new ideas/innovation.Ability to work in a high-pressure environment whilst remaining focused on the objectivesSelf-driven, highly motivated, demonstrates initiative, and is proactive in their approach to the business.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseKnowledge and understanding of IBM delivery business operationsAbout Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
