Ability to travel as needed domestically and internationally.* The Project Manager will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle* Works under the directives of the PMO in Oracle cloud based HSGBU solutions involving single or multiple work streams.* Successfully executes global and multi-phase customer projects focused on delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions for Healthcare.* Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracles solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.* Understands customer requirements and helps translate them into project deliverables and milestones.* Work with delivery teams to pre-qualify, scope, and position implementation services approach and team structure, schedule, and budget.* Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.* Assist with development of SOW and own the responsibility of managing to the SOW throughout the engagement.* Proactively identify risks and issues to prevent negative impact to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.* Communicate internally with management for staffing requirements, project status, and escalations.* Represent the customer perspective during internal product and planning meetings.* Provide input to Engineering and Product Management teams on customer feedback.* Support product launch and new release activities.* Responsible for project governance, stewardship, financial management and project planning.* Prepare for and participate in customer steering meetings; help define and drive the strategy for Oracle HSGBU customer accounts.* Track and manage financial responsibility for your projects including bookings, revenue, and project gross margin.* Refine and embrace the Oracle HSGBU delivery methodology; manage projects accordingly using this methodology.* Efficiently identify and solve project issues.* Support sales cycles to show Oracle HSGBU in the best light possible as compared to the competition.* Serve as a liaison along with Business Development / Pre-Sales at key customer engagements.* Collaborate and partner with Sales, Product Management, and other key departments to achieve retention and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.* Work with Oracle HSGBU teams to help ensure corporate goals are met and coincide with Oracle HSGBU best practices and policies.Skills* 5 years serving as project manager or similar role in delivering SaaS-based solutions or related to enterprise systems, with a minimum of 5 years managing large-scale and complex enterprise software projects.* Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharma/Biomed Services, or Project Management; advanced degree preferred.* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a CRO, pharmaceutical company or software professional services organization is preferred.* Demonstrated understanding of computer systems and software application implementation (web and/or client server) including knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle).* Life sciences industry experience and knowledge of clinical trial process (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device companies, CROs and academic or public health organizations).* Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions* Formal Program/Project Management training & certification preferred or in pursuit of CAPM/PMP certification.* Functionally proficient in using project management software (MS project, Excel, Visio) other analytical and statistical software packages and tools.* Familiarity with SQL or other software scripting languages is a plus.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and project deliverables.* Highly self-motivated and self-directed.* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills a must.* Understanding of project financial and budgetary principles.* Experience in a role that included measurement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.Detailed Description and Job RequirementsA fully competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices.
