The TPM will also identify and mitigate any risks throughout the project(s) s/he manages.The TPM must be able to manage cross-functional teams from different Oracle departments and demonstrate diplomacy and the ability to manage demanding customers. They must demonstrate leadership and motivational skills and mentor other members of the PMO. The TPM actively contributes to continuous PMO process improvements and publishes contributions to the knowledge base.Specifically, s/he will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:1.
