Quality Assurance Associate II (VVDT Lab)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Quality Assurance Associate II is a full-time position responsible for supporting the cGMP quality operations for the Vector Volume Determination Testing (VVDT) laboratory located in Dexter, Seattle.

Responsibilities include review and approval of completed VVDT documentation (batch records, logbooks,etc) and records management support for the VVDT laboratory activities.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday .

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

Associate’s degree or higher.

Experience

Entry level position with preferably 1+ year industry experience

Qualifications

  • Some knowledge of GMP compliance and Quality Assurancel.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Preferably some knowledge of GMP Compliance and Quality Assurance processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Issue Quality documents(i.e. Batch Records, Log books, etc) to support VVDT activities.
  • Manage and archive VVDT related documentation.
  • Quality review and approval of documents in VEEVA (SOPs,, Forms, etc) for VVDT laboratory .
  • Quality review of VVDT production documents (i.e. completed batch records, logbooks,etc)
  • Support quality review and approval for deviations.
  • Support internal and external audit activities
  • Support other QA department needs as identified by management.
