SAP Senior Scheduler

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Support Scheduling activities for a complex project including maintaining a baseline schedule, status, critical path analysis, resource analysis.
- Perform deliverable and milestone revisions to the schedule as required by Change Requests and/or contractual customer mandates.
- Support production of Program Control deliverables and work products
- Synchronize and coordinate with budgeting team to insure that PMB milestones are in alignment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Scheduling (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera) – 5+ years
- Strong background in Earned Value Management, Project Controls, Project Management, planning and scheduling techniques, and cost control
- Expert level experience using MS Project (preferred), Open Plan or Primavera; MPM (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tool suite
- Must be able to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedule of moderate size and complexity
- Needs to be able to effectively participate in planning meetings and communicate Scheduling issues to project team members
- Activities may include develop, maintain, analyze & status schedules, resource analysis, critical path analysis, work authorization, baseline change requests, variance analysis
- Provide assistance to Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule and budget for control accounts
- Software development project experience desired
- Strong resource management skills desired
- PMP, EVP, PSP desired
- Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)
- DoD clearance required (must be clearable)
- Must not have dual citizenship

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
