"Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. We are responsible for developing new applications for the Global HR Organization, including improving/maintenance of the existing applications. All our applications are web based and we use Oracle APEX and Oracle Cloud Services both PaaS & SaaS (mainly VBCS, OJet, Process Cloud Services, Content & Experience Cloud, Oracle Analytic Cloud etc.) as our development framework._*Responsibilities*_*:*Development and maintenance of custom applications for Oracle HRIT and other HR functions, which includes DB design, UI creation, application security implementations etc. This developer should be able to create high quality web applications using Oracle's latest technologies and by following Oracle's development guidelines.
