Senior Network Administrator

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for assisting in technical and problem resolution support on all of the network infrastructure hardware across all sites.The goal is to maximize service availability and satisfy the needs of all internal and external customers.This position performs Tier 2 troubleshooting activities, across multiple environments, while performing daily reviews of overall capacity, utilization and configuration changes to the network.This position is also responsible for delivering clear, concise and timely communication to our customers to provide them with the best customer experience possible.

You will be responsible for the design, configuration and network for all facilities’ layout and deployment.

What Do You Need?

•3 years’ of network experience, Required

•CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), Required

•CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), Required

•Advanced knowledge of analyzing existing data networks and recommend scalable and supportable solutions  Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP

•Advanced knowledge of Cisco Data Center architecture

•Advanced knowledge of supporting Cisco LAN/ WAN switches

•Advanced knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points and controllers

•Advanced knowledge of WAN Optimization implementations  Advanced knowledge of Server Load-Balancing appliances

•Advanced knowledge of analysis/forensic tools

•Advanced knowledge of Layer 1 - 3 troubleshooting of WAN circuits with global carriers

•Experience in the design, build, deploy and maintenance of enterprise WAN and LAN networks

•Experience in the design, build, deploy and maintenance of enterprise TDM and VOIP networks

•Experience in PBX and/or Call Center systems

•Experience with voice mail, unified messaging, ACD and IVR systems

•Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement

•Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

•Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Required
