What you’ll be doing...

Customer demand for wireless voice and data service keeps growing, and to stay ahead of demand, we’re deploying a variety of technologies including small cells, macros and in-building systems as well as performing required modifications to upgrade technologies. You will work alongside our in-building systems team to manage relationships with some of our largest venues to maintain those systems. You will also work with our macro lease holders on negotiating modification to existing sites and acquisition of new sites. You will also work with municipalities where small cells are deployed to upgrade existing deployments as well as new sites. Your work will mean that even more users can connect to reliable high-speed wireless service, anywhere they live, work, and play.

  • Analyzing potential site locations and then creating business cases for site acquisition.
  • Handling vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Working with partners like landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel.
  • Maintaining database systems and reports pertaining to cellular site projects.
  • Managing as Program / Project Management of HQ Mandated programs being both Sub-Market Lead as well as REG/RE Specialist.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’re an experienced Program / Project manager - organized, detail oriented, and efficient at working with multiple teams across different groups and sometimes with different priorities. You’ve got excellent negotiation skills, and can work effectively with a variety of partners, even in challenging situations. You’re driven to problem solve and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, team-player attitude. You need to have the ability to communicate not only to local management but also to higher levels of management when the need dictates.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Real estate experience in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.
  • PMP Certification of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of 1ERP.
  • Experience in wireless leasing or zoning.
  • Experience in or Program / Project Management background.
  • Working knowledge of FUZE and associated modules with a higher level of knowledge in the following modules:Regulatory / NEPA,Real Estate,Purchase Order,Site Management,MGD,Dashboards.
