Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to Nimbus Business, and to coordinate business technical partners when required
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Break fixes
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship with the team
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SOAP, REST, Web services
  • Experience working on complex and large environment
  • Healthcare experience
  • Production support experience
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Ability to setup new data sources for AUP application
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Listening ability and patience. Critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of Job scheduling tools like TWS (Tivoli workload scheduler), Jenkins, SVN, GitHub, etc.
  • Knowledge of ITSM framework, application like Service Now, etc. (Ticket tracking tool)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Monitoring Tools (HPSM, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology

Preferred Qualification:

  • Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SOAP, REST, JSF, Web services, UNIX, Oracle, IntelliJ, NoSQL Database, Kafka streaming, OM Knowledge
