*Lead development team, assist management in resource planning and work break down structure of tasks, escalate and close technical issues.
*Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
*Build exemplary architecture solutions in terms of efficiency, stability, extensibility, and the ability to evolve over time.
*Constantly look at Performance & Security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities.
*Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
*Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
*Involve in technical assessments for new recruits. Conduct employee training and evaluation and may provide support during the hiring and onboarding process
*Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
*Can take the lead on projects that may require the work of several teams to implement.
*Well versed with Scrum team handling and Scrum Master roles and responsibilities
*Participate in design reviews, code reviews and production support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for go/no go decision.
*Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required
*Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
*Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders.
*Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
*Bring best practice in design guidelines and coding practices through regular design and code reviews.
*Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications.
*Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
*Partner with other leaders to identify and solve challenges and obstacles to accomplishing goals within their scrum development team.
*Driving initiatives that help increase Agile Mindset and embedding of Agile Practices across different Lines of Businesses within the organization.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Required skills:
*6 or more years of experience designing and developing Dot Net based applications using C#.
*Expertise in using entity framework and LINQ
*Strong knowledge WCF Web services, Web APIs, XML and JSON
*Implementation exposure to Design patterns and SOLID Principles.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document and present architectural design and standards
*Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations
*Designing and developing high quality software systems to support a growing organisation
*At least 3+ Years of experience in leading a team.
*Hands on experience in understanding Requirements & Detailed Technical Design Document
*WPF & MVVM pattern.

Good to have:
*MongoDB document database
*SQL server and MySQL
*Hands-on experience with JIRA tool
*DevOps/TFS/GIT
