About the Role:
As a Software Engineer you will be working alongside the Optum Care Solutions, home and community care team. The Software Engineer is essential for ensuring high quality application development from design to development, implementation, testing and maintenance. Primary Responsibilities of the Associate Software Engineer
- Engineering the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method
- Working on all primary developing activity across all technology functions
- Delivering code with high quality output with automated test mindfulness
- Evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies, automating common tasks
- Applying technology in fun and innovative ways

Required Qualifications of the Associate Software Engineer:
- Strong demonstrable experience with C# .NET
- Successful track record working with SQL
- Good understanding in design/ architecture
- Excellent communications and analytic problem solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications of the Associate Software Engineer:
- Good exposure to Angular and Kafka
- Understanding of public cloud, preferably Azure
- Strong DevOps experience
