Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop error handling processes. Create and implement scheduling strategy
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with 3 - 6 years of working experience in the ITSM Framework
  • Experience in DevOps tools for version management, CI-CD, monitoring
  • Proficient Working experience of Azure cloud
  • Strong experience building and managing CI-CD pipelines on Azure DevOps
  • Good understanding of Monitoring tools and ITSM management processes
  • Good knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures, triggers, functions etc.
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices
  • Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficient in scripting using Bash, PowerShell or batch
  • Proficient in managing solutions with Control-M
  • Proficient in IIS, web and windows deployment
  • Proficient in handling/managing Windows, Linux servers and cloud instances

Preferred Qualification:

  • Development experience in deploying the solutions with SQL/Informatica/.NET
