Responsible for designing, building, deploying, evaluating, and maintaining IT infrastructure using the latest technology and ensuring all IT systems that support remote process automation (RPA), voice analytics, and other capabilities function efficiently and seamlessly. Leverage process-driven, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to create and maintain virtualized assets (Windows server/desktop, SQL, Azure). Provide support to deployed RPA projects, support our UiPath Orchestrator application and its infrastructure, support other emerging AI technologies (ex. voice analytics and process mapping), and perform Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine server health checks across environments
  • Provision virtualized assets (Windows, SQL)
  • Participate in PLM activities (version updates for Windows, UiPath, Pega, SQL, Java, and internal applications)
  • Automate day to day manual efforts through PowerShell and other scripts/technologies
  • Provide UiPath Orchestrator support
  • Drive problem identification/resolution processes, track and repair infrastructure/robotics related issues
  • Conduct proactive impact analyses and troubleshoot/resolve conflicts for ongoing/upcoming changes
  • Maintain DBs associated with automation, provide archival and health check support
  • Setup alerts for automation monitoring (Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana)
  • Develop and maintain Chef infrastructure tools
  • Demonstrate high level of independent thinking and the ability to solve problems in a stressful environment
  • Possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, remain organized, and be able to complete high visibility projects with little supervision
  • Support RPA solutions using different tools
  • Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Communicate to process owners and the business on support tasks
  • Ability to provide occasional ad hoc support outside of normal working hours for war room scenarios/high impact issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • 2+ years of experience with provisioning/managing virtualized assets/environments
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Solid working knowledge with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management framework

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or engineering
  • Experience with performing PLM updates (ex. Windows OS, Java, SQL, and other enterprise-wide software update/migration initiatives)
  • Experience with GUI, SAP, screen scraping, and Excel automation
  • Experience with UiPath and/or PEGA automation technologies
  • Structured Query Language (SQL) programming and/or DB admin experience
  • Demonstrated experience with IT system lifecycle management (administration of a system or asset from provisioning through operations and into retirement)
  • Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products, particularly in infrastructure design and ERP
  • Working knowledge of Azure
  • Working knowledge with VMware
  • Working knowledge of Progress Chef
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
