Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owns end to end responsibility on Modules and capabilities
  • Capability and will to perform end-to-end software engineering - development, test automation, devops and application support
  • Actively participates in business roadmap discussions to gain engineering alignment to business needs
  • Creates reusable components, patterns, tools and help team to implement those
  • Understand and help in implementing long-term technical roadmap ensuring alignment to org strategic initiative
  • Actively work with team members, through code reviews, brown bags, tech talks, design reviews
  • Ready to work on Code management (i.e. Branching / Merging / Release / Flow) strategies
  • Reviews code on key initiatives to ensure solution is foundationally strong
  • Be able to solves the difficult, complex problems
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Good work experience in using test automation tools
  • Working experience in rearchitecting and redesigning existing tools into cloud supporting
  • Knows several languages and can apply right language to the right problem
  • Strong knowledge on relational database and hands-on on at least on relational database like SQL server
  • Strong knowledge on cloud technologies, expertise on at least one of the cloud technologies like azure, OpenShift, AWS
  • Strong hands-on C#,, Windows applications, MVC ,net core , Webservices, REST APIs, WCF services
  • Knowledge on containerization tools like docker
  • Good knowledge and experience in application support
  • Hands-on knowledge on Angular
  • Hands-on knowledge on at least one of the build automation tools like Jenkins, TFS
  • Hands-on unit testing tools like mstest, nunit, xunit etc.
  • Hands-on using mocking tools like rhinomocks, Moq
  • Hands-on in using design patterns
  • Skill to Implements solutions that exemplify modern practices
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding on microservices architecture and designing
  • Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with business, stakeholders and technical team
  • Ability to guide or propose on how to use Data Steaming
  • Ability to perform unit, functional, regression and system integration tests

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • Work experience in product engineering
  • Good knowledge and experience in issue, problem, change and communication management tools such as HPSM, ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge and experience in using code coverage tools such as Sonar, Clover
  • Knowledge on Data streaming tools like kafka
  • Good understanding on AI/ML
  • Habit of technical reading and experience in preparing whitepapers, maintaining wiki documentation and reuse contributions
