Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling high priority incidents and their resolutions
  • Root cause analysis for high priority issues
  • Expected to be available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends
  • Work in agile mode to deliver projects when required
  • Expected to adapt in dynamic and collaborative work environment and make independent decision
  • Follows and enforces the standards as established in team
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in design, development and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET Technologies
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
  • Knowledge on UI technologies like React/Angular
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in Healthcare domain
  • Knowledge on creating Tableau reports
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git/TFS
  • Knowledge on design patterns, coding standards and performance improvements
  • Knowledge on web API’s
