Responsibilities

We are seeking Lead Software Engineer to join the Agency/Marketing & Contact Center Team. Our team manages data that is critical to State Farm's call centers and agency force. Our data is utilized to improve our customers experience when they need us most. It is also being utilized to increase the efficiency of our call centers. We work with voice, chat and text data at scale. This opportunity will allow you to work with cutting edge technology on AWS including, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, API Gateway, Kinesis, OpenShift, EventBridge, Neptune, DynamoDB, Athena and Quicksight.

Our talented and innovative team is always looking for better ways to conform data and manage access. We utilize both pub / sub and API driven architectures. If you want to make a difference in the lives of State Farms customers when they need us the most, while working with

Qualifications

We Are Looking For Candidates With:

  • AWS development experience
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD including GitOps
  • Containers ECS or EKS
  • Experience Monitoring and Alerting with DataDog
  • Understanding of application engineering practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Drive/willingness to learn
