Work on Customer Success Efforts by working closely with Support, Field, Product management and Development teams to ensure customer delight.2. Lead highly competent team of engineers to deliver Customer Success and Customer Delight.3. Knowledge of complete cloud stack and service dependencies.4. Identify and Feedback improvements and gaps to improve service experience to Product management and Development teams.5. Build and automate SOPs for Service.6. Coordinate upgrades and patches for service across fleet.7. Answer customer queries and provide implementation guidance.8. Build Knowledgebase on service and best practices.9. Work in Agile development environment across the globe, improving processes enabling the team to achieve higher productivity in continuous delivery environment and deliver a superior product to our customers.**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:**We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:1. Total 7 years of Software Development Experience of which 5 years in large-scale design and development of enterprise software products and Cloud Services focusing on development of scalable, multi-tenant cloud applications2. Experience in building Cloud services with scalability, high availability/failover, security, data transformation and configuration management.3. Deep technical skills of Python, Java, Scripting, JSON, XML, Web 2.0, HTML5, Cloud enablement, Networking & Network Topologies and micro services. etc.4. Good working knowledge of DevOps Tools like Gradle, GIT, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, UpGrad etc.5. Production experience with deploying applications that integrate with large scale REST based services in an enterprise.6. Knowledge of NetSuite application is an added advantage.7. Deep understanding and commitment to product quality and automation, including values such as scalability, performance, reliability, code health, and maintainability.8. Exhibits traits such as insisting on the highest standards, bias for action, vocally self-critical, willing to push boundaries and think big9. Prior experience with agile methodologies10. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment11. Microservices design and architecture12. Knowledge of REST / JSON API design13. Knowledge of usage of public cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud InfrastructureK**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
