Position Description:

Leidos is looking for a Software engineer to assist with the Customer’s decision to select ServiceNow Software as a service for supporting its business processes and operations in their effort to (a) transition to this new ticketing system, (b) transition existing SharePoint applications to new platform, and (c) support the Enterprise deployment of the platform. The Customer seeks to have a comprehensive core team to assist in this effort. The selected candidate shall work as part of a larger project team to ensure successful implementation of the environment.

Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience. Work experience can be used/combined with


2. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Premiere/Photoshop
3. Extensive experience developing ServiceNow applications and code-based customizations
4. Extensive experience with London version of ServiceNow software baseline
5. Demonstrated experience with Madrid version of ServiceNow software baseline
6. Extensive experience with Madrid version of ServiceNow Knowledge Management functionality
7. Extensive knowledge of deployment of ServiceNow infrastructure (Madrid version) in customers AWS

environment to include AWS Load Balancing, Self-Managed encryption keys, Auto-Scaling, and Load

Configuration services
8. Extensive experience integrating ServiceNow infrastructure with Sponsor’s auditing systems
9. Extensive experience ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) platform suite to include Discovery,

Cloud Discovery, and Service Mapping functionality
10. Extensive experience with Javascript, HTML5, and CSS technologies
11. Experience as a project manager managing software development efforts
12. Demonstrated experience using Lean Agile techniques and practices
13. Demonstrated experience providing technical direction to software developers
14. Demonstrated experience leading teams migrating from legacy infrastructure to cloud based hosting

15. Demonstrated experience managing teams using cloud based infrastructure to include an understanding of

cloud costs and billing
16. Demonstrated experience working with IT customers to capture product requirements and translate

requirements into system solutions that take into account technical, schedule, cost, security, and policy


Desired Qualifications
17. Demonstrated working knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations

Management (ITOM) platform suites
18.) Demonstrated experience in release, sprint, and user story application/module testing in the ServiceNow

platform and application suites (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM)
19. Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor’s custom applications and processes
20. Customer’s SharePoint Administrators certification
21. Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
22. Customer’s System Administrators certification
23. Extensive experience with Sponsor’s system security accreditation process
24. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sponsor staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-

technical staff and Contractors at all levels.
