Job Summary:

Suvi is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to support a cutting edge, mission critical program!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, recommend, and apply upgrades/improvements to the SPL 2019 SharePoint Website and SPL and provide related services (to include development, implementation, and maintenance) for all aspects of the Support Products Management Program.
  • Understanding of the of various types of Software and Hardware products (such as end-user and network hardware, Government off the shelf (GOTS), Commercial off the shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SAS) and open source/freeware software is critical to recommending, establishing, and implementing best practices and standards in the processing of these products on the SP.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and operational support, including but not limited to business process reengineering and analysis, that takes into consideration opportunities related to digital transformation.
  • Provide document and correspondence preparation develop, coordinate, and publish comprehensive meeting agendas and meeting minutes. scheduling, attending SPM/SPL focused meetings, prepare SPM meeting minute documentation (with final draft submitted for GTM review prior to release to meeting attendees), and providing Briefing/Presentation development and review support.
  • Provide operation and maintenance (O&M) SPM/SPL support. This includes SPL ticket queue monitoring and processing and evaluating/reviewing of SPL data record content to ensure all required fields are properly and accurately populated.
  • Monitor, process, and respond to the JSP agency ticket system daily for all SPL tickets received/processed within the SPL queue and take required actions to track and resolve each ticket based on JSP product approval/disapproval process criteria and documentation, and/or formal JSP Cyber or Government assessment outcomes.
  • Make improvement recommendations to the JSP established business Rules and process criteria, for the handling of various types of Hardware (H/W) and/or Software (S/W) product requests, received from JSP internal and external supported customers.
  • Evaluation of how the current SPL Excel data is uploaded to the SPL SharePoint (on-premises) Website will be conducted. Recommended improvements will be made to include code customization, to permit functionality expansion and improvements.
  • Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the JSP SPL content to ensure an authoritative and current list to support the ability to initiate advanced pro-active planning and replacement activities for products that need to be banned and/or require replacement with approved/preferred products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience are required. Also, highly desirable: knowledge in Information systems, business intelligence analysis; SharePoint specialist; configuration management; database administration.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Security Certification or ITIL v4 certification
