Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

The professional will install and configure Maximo to work in accord with the specified client requirements. The major tasks to be performed by the professionals are:

• Define future state and vision for our customer's Maximo solution
• Identify, recommend, and implement agreed upon leading industry best practices, process methodologies, new technologies, and streamlined approaches that afford the client the ability to improve system performance
• Provide support to maintain IBM's Maximo to ensure that all Maximo Users have a stable platform to perform daily operations
• Provide support to each customer for implementation and collection of data, technical and business-level assistance, incident resolution, reporting, and daily support
• Maintain and enhance the functionality, reliability, availability, performance, stability, sustainability, and security of the Maximo application and its databases and tools
• Create and improve existing Maximo workflows to manage work management, logistics, and property management processes.
• Oversee the validation and testing of deliverable products in accordance with our customer's approved business processes

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Expert knowledge of Maximo
• Maximo versions: at least Maximo 7.6, and practical knowledge of Maximo 8. Must be able to work on upgrades and development on 7.6.1.2, Maximo 8, and MAS 8.4 and higher
• Maximo modules: must be able to work on all Maximo modules and functionalities, including Work Order Management, Asset Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Configuration, Scripting, Report Development, Maximo Interfaces with other systems like ERP Deltek CostPoint.
• Must have the ability to obtain a clearance

• Bachelors degree
• Five years of experience, to include four years of Maximo Development experience

• Bachelor's degree is required, it is preferred in Computer Science or a related discipline
• IT certifications are a plus
• Maximo certifications are desirable
