The incumbent will workclosely with engineers located in various locations in the United States,Europe and Asia.Eatons eMobility segment is collaborating withcompanies around the globe to innovate the transportation technologies of thefuture, creating efficient vehicles that travel faster, farther, higher andsafer at a lower overall costto the consumer and the environment.In this functionyou will:+ Help definerequirements, contribute to definition of hardware designs+ Generate xEV and mild-hybrid systemsolutions and models, define test plans and perform validation testing toconfirm that system and functional requirements are met+ Work with their engineering manager toachieve the desired results. Achieving the desired results will requireindividual contributions as well as contributions attained as part of a team+ Contribute to systemlevel and algorithm requirements to meet product performance and reliabilityrequirements. Define and improve systems engineering standards and processes,contribute to industry technical papers and conferences+ Calibrate energyefficiency and performance strategies and perform physical modeling.
