Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Major Incident Manager
  • Manage bridge calls and engage resources as necessary for restoration of service
  • Manages the Post Incident Review
  • Document Incident record with detailed, real time information
  • Mandatory on-call rotation for Major Incident Team
  • Create problem records for P2 incidents
  • Perform Major Incidents Audits
  • Create Outage Notifications
  • Creates Maintenance Notification
  • Demonstrates good judgment and logic in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Monitoring of all Incidents for SLA adherence
  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • This role is currently Remote but candidates must reside in San Antonio, TX to be considered (must be in the area when role returns to being onsite)
  • On-Call Responsibility: 7x24 for 1 week; will be on-call for 1 week once every 5 weeks (1 week on call, next week you will be the backup for on call, next 3 weeks is regular schedule)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 2+ years of equivalent technical support experience
  • 2+ years of experience with ITIL
  • 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
