Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Responsibilities:**+ Assist the Property Book Team lead in providing logistics support in the areas of property accountability, management and the execution of daily logistics functions+ Maintain current access authorization with the applicable automated Property Accounting system+ Receive, submit, and maintain property management supporting documentation for the PBO / PBT+ Supervise the processing, posting, filing, and maintaining of accountable documents, inventories, receipts and administrative correspondence+ Reconcile authorization documents with property records and identify, initiate, and track all required administrative actions+ Review the property books records to identify shortages and excess to take appropriate actions+ Must be GCSS-Army certified/trained and have prior experience working on a property book team.+ Prepare hand receipts, inventory reports, lateral transfers and/or turn-in documents on behalf of the PBO/PBT+ Assist in training subordinate personnel in operations, lateral transfers, turn-ins, hand receipt procedures, inventory procedures and receiving equipment from the SSA CL II, IV and VII warehouse+ Perform unit supply management functions pertaining to property request, hand receipts/hand receipt management, updating unit level property book records, preparing equipment for lateral transfer and turn-in+ Assist, prepare, supervise, track and report the IAR/FLIPL process+ Receive, store, inventory, issue, and account for all property and materiel assigned to the PBO/PBT**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Property Book Management experience required+ Experience working at the unit supply and S4 level and above+ GCSS-Army certified+ Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance+ Must be able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time+ Must be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishThe duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
