Our business helps support their way of life and contributes tothe survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Job Summary:**SAVA is seeking a Sr. Logistics Analyst to provide logistics and operations support to ensure that personnel have appropriate equipment and technologies to support mission profiles including CBRNE collection and detection activities in highly hazardous or contaminated environments. Our client is with in the U.S. intelligence community. The qualified candidate will provide logistics and operations support related to customers mission. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.**Responsibilities:**+ Assist operations in the development of requirements and documentation for the governments acquisition of equipment.+ Coordinate with other DoD organizations and civilian companies that specialize in detection or collection activities and provide related equipment and technologies.+ Assist the government in maintaining accurate inventories of all accountable equipment.+ Maintain accounts in Financial Accounting and Corporate Tracking System (FACTS) and maintain the duties of an Alternate Activity Support Coordinator (AASC) for assigned property.+ Schedule and execute all required periodic maintenance for equipment. Manage and update equipment and spares databases.+ Facilitate the governments purchase and receipt of missionrelated equipment, software, and expendable items. Generate shipping load-outs on commercial or military systems.+ Facilitate transportation of equipment/supplies both hazardous and non-hazardous.+ Conduct off-site travel as required.+ Provides support for material management, implementation and operation of supply program, property accountability, stock record control, requirements requisition processing.+ Assists in preparation of necessary guidance, clarification, and reports.+ Assist with preparation of Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (DD Form 200) and associated documents for relief from responsibility for lost, damaged and destroyed supply items. Assist with completion and reviews of Material Inspection & Receiving (DD250) and Requisition & Invoice Shipping Documents (DD1149) to ensure all information is complete and correct.+ Track and maintain all COMSEC material and CCI equipment.+ Support ongoing OCONUS field activities as well as CONUS operations.+ IT/laptop accountability, maintenance and distribution, as required.+ Follow customer logistics procedures and protocols to account for assigned property.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Five years of experience in the field of government logistics.+ Experience with government property management and maintenance of warehouse storage space.+ Excellent communication skills, orally and written.+ Able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.+ Must have a minimum of a TS/SCI and able to obtain CI Poly; candidate with TS/SCI CI Poly strongly preferred**Highly Desirable:**+ Experienced working with COMSEC and CCI equipment and property.+ BA/BS preferred+ Knowledge of government logistic policies and procedures, preferably with DoD and/or the IC.+ Familiar with OSHA regulations.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
