What you will do-

The Logistics Support Analyst is a combined position that includes both warehouse analysis and divisional/plant support responsibilities. You will facilitate the successful execution of business processes in the central distribution operations and coordinate projects to improve cost, quality and services. You will train to be the bridge between Stryker and the 3PL provider.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Collect data on every step of the supply chain, from put-away to delivery, and maintain databases to safely store information

  • Audit, trend and analyze 3PL systems, procedures and daily activities related to inventory and shipments

  • Analyze all steps of the warehouse supply chain; this includes looking at statistical data to spot ways to streamline logistics, maximize productivity and improve the customer experience

  • Investigate delivery claims from customers, following the path of the shipment from receipt to delivery to spot problems and verify customer claims

  • Assist customers with tracking shipments and address any problems or complaints they have with deliveries

  • Communicate and present ideas, projects, and metrics to the appropriate people in the organization, including senior executives, customers and strategic partners

  • Make suggestions to all staff members involved in the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs and increase company profits

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, or related program preferred

  • 2+ years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Customer Care-related roles required

  • Program/project management professional certification -preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective reporting used to solve customer care related concerns -preferred

  • Demonstrated initiative of partnering with diverse team members and outside sources as required -preferred
