**Description:****Position Summary:**Responsible for the daily/weekly assisting of Labor Management System Reports, special projects, incoming liaison for internal customer support, assistance of warehouse field associates as needed, and all other administrative duties as assigned. All Clerical positions are expected to adhere to all company policies and to lead by example; that means that all actions must be professional, safety must be a top priority, and strong attendance is required,This is a 1st shift position. Days are Monday - Friday. Hours are 6am - 2:30pm.**Major Responsibilities:**+ Various office and administrative duties+ Daily/Weekly LMS Reports+ Special Projects+ Answer warehouse field associates questions as needed+ Must be able to prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements+ Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential+ Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor+ Must communicate any and all facility or associate issues immediately to your supervisor.+ Willing to change shift and hours as business needs dictate.+ Constant communication with Quality OPS Manager+ Ability to multi-task+ Strong attention to detail and understand the business/customer needs and requirements.+ Ability to manage their personal and outbound inbox to answer questions from carriers, customers, and/or management staff.**Qualifications:****Qualifications:** 2 years of general office experience required 1 year of customer service experience required High School diploma or equivalent required Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required AS400 experience preferred Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.**Physical Requirements:**-The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
