Retail Distribution Center Load Out Admin
Job description: Load Out Admin
Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday 4:30AM – 1:30PM
Loadout Functions – Requires working on the floor of the warehouse
· Run reports to support the loadout function
· Communicate with Leadership, Shop Techs, Loadout Pickers, and Drive Teams.
· Collect and notate dock reports
· Resolve missing item and parts issues
· Use systems to research items and orders
· Update files and send emails on loadout details and performance
· Send backorder report
· Run manager details
· Reset the dock after Load Out
· Update KPI boards
· Support pick department
· Submit IT tickets
· Any other duty assigned by Leadership
Other requirements:
· Must be in the work area at start of shift for standup meeting by the leadership
· Must be able to work overtime as required to complete the work of the day.
· Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
· Must be able to help in all areas of the warehouse as directed
· Must have good attendance
