Global Supply Chain Planner
*This position can be based out of either Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin or Arcadia, Wisconsin office
What Will You Do?
You will balance forecasts of customer demand against inventory levels and negotiate production schedules and supplier shipments. You will be responsible for many complex items, suppliers, some with extreme scheduling and capacity constraints, and quantities that have a very significant financial impact on departments and the organization. This position is accountable for meeting goals and objectives in order to maintain the company’s growth rate, while recommending process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or related field-preferred
- Experience in supply chain planning, buying, inventory control, or capacity management is a plus!
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas)
- Experience in inventory management and ERP systems a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities
