What You Will Do

The Imaging Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting logistics for the sales of our imaging technology, including personnel scheduling, proper radiology safety licensing, shipping and delivery of equipment. This is a Remote/ WFH role that will include up to 30% travel to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Managing calendar for personnel and equipment availability
  • Manage coordination of labs, demos, evaluations, medical education and trade show activities
  • Coordination of support staff installing systems with the customer once the sales are completed
  • Ensure the activities are pre-qualified and approved by sales managers
  • Manage the state licensing requirements for radiation safety and shipping of radiology equipment
  • Work closely with field service staff to schedule installation and calibration of equipment
  • Coordinate the delivery times and expectations with the customers, service and sales teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing for demand planning and market intelligence purposes
  • Provide monthly metrics as determined by manager
  • Identify efficiencies in equipment handling - reducing cost in shipping, repairs, and service
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned
  • Respond to routine inquiries for information
  • Other duties as assigned

What you Need

• Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in marketing or a related discipline preferred)

• 1-3 years communications or sales/marketing experience or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functions

• Ability to work with a team and resolve problems using independent judgment

• Ability to work within tight deadlines

• Preferred experience in an operations, logistics, or program planning role
