The Defense Group at Leidos is looking for highly proficient qualified Logistics Technician to support on a DCS contract in the UAE. The CLS/MRO program will support at various UAE location to include Al Ain, Al Dhafra and other bases.

THE CHALLENGE:

Coordinates the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and schedules customer repairs. Negotiates delivery. Coordinates warehousing, shipping, receiving, and materials handling. Analyzes and develops supply plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management. May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the movement of material from receipt of the warehouse to production. Duties may include inventory management, demand analysis, document control, requirements and scheduling requirements from production schedules, as well as, planning and managing material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• U.S. Citizen
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of prior experience


Program Specific Requirements:

Candidates must be able to obtain/eligible the following.
• A current U.S. passport, with a minimum of 12 months remaining and multiple, consecutive blank pages, before employment start date.
