IBM Client Executive for the State Information Technology Agency (SA) in JOHANNESBURG, South Africa

Job Description

The Client Executive handling the State Information Technology and Agency (SITA) is responsible for the total client relationship with one or more important IBM clients or competitive prospects, including traditional large accounts, OEMs, alliance partners, business partners, distributors and end-users of IBM technology.The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.

The Client Executive will have the below responsibilities:

  • Coverage of selected Government account/s

  • Experience in Government / GOE/SOE's with minimum 10 yrs exp.

  • Ability to manage cross line of business teams

  • Ability to handle / coordinate complex solutions and ICT value propositions

  • Skill and experience to establish relationships, grow existing relationships.

  • Ability to lead sales discussions and develop sales opportunities at CxO level.

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the ICT market
