Job Description

Provides project management leadership and oversight for the assigned projects, reporting to a T&T Program Manager and/or TTIM/TIM. This role is responsible for leading the project for transition / transformation project activities for respective projects. It requires PM to drive the transition & transformation project tasks through services lines to ensure that clean and required tasks are completed to deliver as per the approved project scope and is accountable for the overall timely of the assigned projects, using a standard set of methodologies relating to quality, risk, communications management. Planning, Project Schedule and leading the resources in completing related activities with an emphasis on cross-tower interdependencies leveraging a standard set of methodologies, the Global Repeatable Model.

Has understanding of transition lifecycle and are able to provide a leadership to drive through the cycle.

This role will function as PM to drive project from initiation, planning, execution to closure activities from T&T phase to BAU handover

Would need to have skills in managing and leading the 3rd party vendors and managing services to be provided through 3rd party vendor

Has knowledge of EUS, Workplace service, Network service and other datacenter technologies to drive the transition and transformation activities

Would ensure that all required Knowledge Transfer for BAU support is completed and artefacts stored and sign off.

Has experience of managing and leading in global delivery model with multi location delivery model
