JOB TITLE: EH&B Sr. Benefits Advisor DIVISION: MMA Southeast LOCATION: Johns Creek, Georgia AVAILABILITY: Immediately ABOUT THE COMPANY: One of the oldest insurance brokerage firms in the United States, J. ABOUT THE ROLE: The main goal and function of a Sr. Employee Health & Benefits Advisor is to assist the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. You will support a substantial book of business consisting of mostly small group accounts. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to clients, both directly and by other members of the production team Communicate closely with Producers and act as key liaison with clients to assess needs and provide solutions Oversee, facilitate or execute new/renewal marketing process Design detailed analyses and presentations for prospect/client meetings Develop educational materials including Benefit Enrollment Guides Lead enrollment meetings, prospect meetings, and client/vendor meetings as needed Review SPD’s and agreements/contracts for accuracy Assist clients with resources relative to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, etc. Handle any claim resolutions and plan administration problems Filing, file set-up, file maintenance in Agency Management and Imaging System REQUIREMENTS: 5-7 years previous insurance industry experience with at least 2-3 years in a brokerage or agency environment Previous experience working with small groups preferred Excellent presentation, written, communication, and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Ability to learn Agency Management and Imaging Systems Must have resident Agents License in Life and Health or obtain within 90 days BENEFITS AND PERKS: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance plans 401(k) and company match program PTO, VTO, and Parental Leave Tuition Assistance Program Monthly Staff Luncheons Dress for the Day Environment R085329-en R085329
