JobTitle: Residential Work at Home Agent (Tier 1 – Schedule A-2; Tier 2 – Schedule A-3)
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, both internal and external.
Must support and participate in promotion of company products.
Meet sales and productivity goals.
Ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently.
Interact with others to attain Company service objectives.
Must project a professional image to customers at all times.
Ability to learn new skills and procedures
Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and follow directions.
Must perform other duties as assigned if qualified to do so
Must subscribe to Frontier Phone and High Speed service, if available.
Must be able to receive 1 meg High Speed Internet or comparable.
Employees must meet all specified home office requirements.
Must possess the ability to work independently.
Typing and keyboard skills required
Effective verbal and written communication.
Have well modulated voice and good enunciation.
Ability to do calculations.
Must be able to work shifts, days, nights, evenings (depending on tour selection) and work overtime and emergency call outs as needed.
Must be able to come into the Brick and Mortar facility when required.
PC literacy in windows based applications.
High School diploma or equivalent.
College degree preferred.
Customer sales and service experience.
