CACI International New Equipment Training Officer (JBLM, WA) in Joint Base Lewis-Mcchord, Washington

Job Description

CACI is seeking a New Equipment Training Officer to support our government customer located on JBLM, WA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for coordinating, conducting, and facilitating New Equipment Training and Total Package Fielding events worldwide

  • Identifies and recommends process improvements, solves difficult problems considering multiple factors based on personal experience

  • May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees

  • Duties may include developing training materials, coordinating and resourcing training events, conducting training events, assessing student performance and executing property accountability tasks during property transfer

  • Training could include a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction

  • May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks

  • Duties include developing documentation and planning/executing the fielding and conducting New Equipment Training in support of C4ISR Systems and Equipment

  • Duties are performed worldwide.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in any discipline with 5 or more years of direct, relevant operational energy or power generation experience

  • 10 years of additional direct, relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education for highly qualified applicants

  • Current DoD Secret clearance

  • Candidates should possess an advanced understanding of power generation, power distribution and Army training approach/processes with experience in Army materiel management and logistics support

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Best qualified candidates possess demonstrated experience developing training materials for Army products and are graduates of the Army’s basic instructor course (or service equivalent)

  • Recent experience supporting power generation, power distribution or related operational energy training events is highly desired
