Job Description

With our award-winning services, we help organizations come up with simple solutions to their customer experience problems through customization across the entire Salesforce platform. We are currently looking for articulated consultants to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities for this consultant role include:

  • Frequent collaboration with team members to discover client needs and design customer centric solutions and execute projects in a timely manner

  • Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data

  • Preparing client presentations, transcribing key notes during Business Process Reviews and collecting feedback

  • Training clients and Administrators

  • Successfully build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Evaluate and manage multiple client solutions and projects effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in area(s) related to Business and/or Technology

• Project/relationship management experience, preferably as a consultant

• Exposure to Salesforce strongly preferred, knowledge of CRM, SFA, ERP systems a must

• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
