Summary:

· TheProperty Data/Configuration Management Intermediate is responsible for managing personal property and supporting software and asset management project management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

· Develop and maintain project work breakdown structure documents using Government provided tools such as Microsoft Project.

· Provide system administration of the Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) inventory management system (currently Backtrack)

· Ensure that all personal property is accounted for and properly documented in the appropriate system(s) of record.

· Provide a Personal Property Administrator for the unit’s accountable personal property.

· Support with documenting the configuration of the unit’s Higher-Level Assemblies in the appropriate system of record, currently FLS.

· Track and document the movement of property throughout the unit and any applicable detachments utilizing software such as Asset Tracking and Organizational Management (ATOM), CGFIXIT ticketing system, and Backtrack.

· Complete quarterly wall-to-wall inventories of all accountable property.

· Provide maintenance of lifecycle records for each personal property asset, from purchase or receipt to disposal or transfer.

· Document all software entered in the library and any associated licenses and maintenance.

· Provide Software License support to include license accountability and expiration notifications of select software items. (currently, MS Project, MS Visio and Snaggit)

· Coordinate the disposal of software as personal property.

· Scan all incoming media for viruses and other vulnerabilities.

· Provide documentation support for all project related documents.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with property and asset management

· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Experience may be used in lieu of degree is

· Certifications:

o DoD 8570 IAM II Certified

· Must obtain U.S Driver’s license

· Secret Clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

· Strong management and organizational skills

· Depth knowledge and expertise of install and troubleshooting of basic to complex high-performance audio, video, lighting control, climate control, data network and automation systems.

· Ability to obtain forklift certification

· Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
