The Oncology Marketing Organization roles are designed to develop future commercial leaders in Oncology. Candidates will gain relevant, impact and foundational pharmaceutical marketing business experience in one of three areas – Strategic Customer Insights, Digital Engagement, or Digital Channel Strategies.
Upon successful completion of their initial assignment, candidates are available to move into other Commercial roles to develop new skills and continue to build their marketing/business careers.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Strategic Customer Insights: Partner with Marketing teams to develop strategy, including assessment of market dynamics, unmet needs, business drivers and executional choices for launches in a variety of oncology therapeutic markets.US or Global in scope.
Marketing Communications: Develop multi-channel communications strategy that is aligned to the integrated brand/customer strategy, including promotional resources and programs for Healthcare Professionals or Consumers.US or Global in scope.
Multi-Channel Integrati o n : Define, implement and measure digital customer engagement plans deployed to US and/or Global Health Care Professionals across the oncology product portfolio.
Primary Work Location : Upper Gwynedd, PA or Kenilworth, NJ
Position Qualifications :
Required Education and Experience:
Graduate from a leading Master in Business Administration program prior to or by May 2021
A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or biomedical industries.
Marketing concentration and interest
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Strategic thinking, excellence in analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative), problem-solving skills, and program management skills
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional teamwork in a matrix business environment
Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
