Marsh & McLennan Client Service Representative in Kitchener, Ontario

Marsh Canada is looking for newly RIBO licensed individual(s) to join their team. The successful candidate(s) would be responsible for providing exceptional and professional customer service across a number of communication channels within our Tenants Team for Tenant Insurance policyholders. This role is responsible for answering service queries, amending policy details, thorough coverage explanations, empathetic claims handling, renewal handling, payment inquiries, and cancellation handling. This position is also responsible for maintaining accurate and timely client records in accordance with company guidelines.

Maintain a solid understanding of all product knowledge and underwriting guidelines as it relates to tenants insurance.

Maintain a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislations.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain excellent customer service skills and etiquette. QualificationsQualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience, college degree is preferred.

RIBO license is required.

1-2 years’ work experience with 1 year of previous insurance or financial services experience preferred.

Experience working in a fast paced call centre environment is an asset.

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel.

Certification or licenses as required by jurisdictions.
